Reflexology

The practice and art of foot reflexology involves applying pressure to specific points on the feet in order to affect various parts of the body. This healing modality is beneficial for pain relief, relaxation, better breathing, increased energy, improved digestion, nausea relief, support throughout pregnancy and natural labor induction.

Sarah is a certified Reflexologist through the Baltimore School of Reflexology. She holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology with minors in Anthropology and Women’s Studies from Millersville University.
